Linda Henderson-Smith, PhD, LPC, CPCS, CCMP is Founder and CEO at ATC Consulting, LLC and serves as an NTTAC TA Lead. Linda Henderson-Smith, PhD, LPC, CPCS, CCMP, is a licensed professional counselor, certified professional counselor supervisor, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Change Management Practitioner. She has over 23 years of clinical and administrative experience in community-based mental health, including over 16 years providing systems of care implementation, training and technical assistance in numerous communities, states and territories.  As a parent with lived experience with child serving systems herself, Linda brings a distinct perspective and knowledge base to mental health and addiction disorders services and systems and is passionate about helping organizations, systems, and communities move towards becoming trauma-informed, resilient and sustainable. Her experience with the Children’s Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) grant program includes serving as a member of the oversight committee and project director for the CMHI grant program in Georgia, NTTAC TA lead for two years, and providing TA as a TA lead and SME through NTTAC for over 5 years. Her subject matter expertise includes: 1) Family Engagement and Leadership, 2) Trauma-Informed Care and Systems, 3) Child and Family Serving Systems including Service Array and Implementation Support, 4) Cross-System and Interagency Design, 5) Financing, Policy and Leadership.
