Stacy Morgan, A.S., is the Executive Director of the Mental Health Transformation Alliance (MHTA) and serves as the Statewide Family Network (SFN) Technical Assistance (TA) Lead for the National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC) Stacy brings more than 20 years of national, state, and local experience strengthening Statewide Family Networks and advancing family-driven, youth-guided systems of care through leadership, technical assistance, organizational development, and cross-system collaboration. Drawing on both professional and lived experience as a parent navigating complex child-serving systems, she has supported family-run organizations in building organizational capacity, leadership, sustainability, peer support, and meaningful family and youth engagement. As the NTTAC Statewide Family Network (SFN) Technical Assistance Lead, Stacy provides practical, relationship-centered technical assistance that helps family-run organizations strengthen infrastructure, enhance service delivery, and expand their impact.
